Salsa verde

Ingredients

for 4 servings:

  • 1 handful of spinach
  • 1 apple
  • ¼ of a celery stick
  • 1 teaspoon of dry oregano
  • 1 teaspoon of dry basil
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • ½ cup of water

Method

  1. Whisk all of the ingredients until smooth.
