Pumpkin with honey and cinnamon

Ingredients

  • 150 g of pumpkin
  • 30 g of honey
  • 4 g of cinnamon
  • 30 g of sugarSAUCE
  • 20 g of 10% soured cream
  • 20 g of honey

Method

  1. Peel the pumpkin and cut into cubes. Mix with honey, sugar and cinnamon. Place the pumpkin on a baking tray and bake at 180°C for 30 minutes.
  2. Mix the soured cream with honey.
  3. Place the pumpkin on a plate and serve with the sauce.
