Pumpkin with honey and cinnamon

Ingredients
- 150 g of pumpkin
- 30 g of honey
- 4 g of cinnamon
- 30 g of sugarSAUCE
- 20 g of 10% soured cream
- 20 g of honey
Method
- Peel the pumpkin and cut into cubes. Mix with honey, sugar and cinnamon. Place the pumpkin on a baking tray and bake at 180°C for 30 minutes.
- Mix the soured cream with honey.
- Place the pumpkin on a plate and serve with the sauce.
