Oatmeal, banana and chocolate biscuits

Ingredients
serving of 2-3 biscuits per person:
- 2 ripe bananas
- 1 cup of oats
- Dark chocolate chips (85%)
- Cinnamon to taste
Method
- Mash the bananas with a fork and mix with the oats.
- Add the chocolate chips and cinnamon to taste.
- Roll into small balls and flatten.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes at 200°C.
- Remove from the oven, leave to cool and store in an air-tight box.
