Oatmeal, banana and chocolate biscuits

Ingredients

serving of 2-3 biscuits per person:

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1 cup of oats
  • Dark chocolate chips (85%)
  • Cinnamon to taste

Method

  1. Mash the bananas with a fork and mix with the oats.
  2. Add the chocolate chips and cinnamon to taste.
  3. Roll into small balls and flatten.
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes at 200°C.
  5. Remove from the oven, leave to cool and store in an air-tight box.
