Kale chips

Ingredients
for 4 servings:
- 1 kale
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon of curry powder
Method
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- Tear the leaves into 5-cm pieces and remove the stalk.
- Mix the leaves and spices in a bowl.
- Spread the leaves out on a piece of baking paper.
- Bake for 5-10 minutes at 180°C, making sure they don’t brown too much.
