Kale chips


for 4 servings:

  • 1 kale
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon of curry powder


  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  2. Tear the leaves into 5-cm pieces and remove the stalk.
  3. Mix the leaves and spices in a bowl.
  4. Spread the leaves out on a piece of baking paper.
  5. Bake for 5-10 minutes at 180°C, making sure they don’t brown too much.
