Whole Grilled Fish

Ingredients
- 1 whole fish of your choice
- fresh lemon – cut in thick slices
- fresh herbs
- salt and pepper
- 100ml vegetable stock<
- 50 ml white wine (optional)
Method
- Stuff the fish cavity with fresh herbs and lemon slices. Season well.
- Baste with vegetable stock &/or White wine
- Cook under a grill turning when required depending on the thickness of the fish.
- Cooks well on a barbeque
- Serve with rice or potatoes, salad or vegetables
