Shredded chicken

Ingredients
for 4 servings:
- 2 chicken breasts
- 1 onion
- 2 ripe tomatoes
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 tablespoon of paprika
- 2 bay leaves
Method
- Boil the breasts in a pressure cooker for 1 hour with the rest of the ingredients.
- Leave to cool and shred the chicken and vegetables.
- Once all of the ingredients are shredded, add 2-3 tablespoons of the leftover broth.
Tip: this shredded chicken should be served with vegetables to make this a healthy, balanced recipe.
