Pear madeleines

Ingredients
serving of 1-2 madeleines
- 160 g wholegrain flour
- 3 pears
- 3 eggs
- Cinnamon
- ½ a lemon
Method
- Preheat the oven.
- Peel and chop the pears.
- Zest the half a lemon.
- Put the flour, chopped pear, eggs, lemon zest and cinnamon in a bowl and combine until thoroughly mixed.
- Bake for 35 minutes at 180°C.
