Pear madeleines

Ingredients

serving of 1-2 madeleines

  • 160 g wholegrain flour 
  • 3 pears
  • 3 eggs
  • Cinnamon
  • ½ a lemon

Method

  1. Preheat the oven.
  2. Peel and chop the pears.
  3. Zest the half a lemon.
  4. Put the flour, chopped pear, eggs, lemon zest and cinnamon in a bowl and combine until thoroughly mixed. 
  5. Bake for 35 minutes at 180°C.
