Gazpacho

Ingredients
for 4 servings:
- 1 kg of ripe tomatoes
- ½ a cucumber
- ½ a red pepper
- ½ a green pepper
- ½ an onion
- 1 garlic
- 150 ml water
Method
- Remove the stalks from the tomatoes.
- Chop all the vegetables.
- Combine all of the ingredients and blend until smooth. If you want to get rid of any lumps, pass the mixture through a sieve.
- Leave it to rest in the fridge for at least 2 hours and serve chilled.
