- 4 marshmallows
- use any fruit for example mango, pineapple, Kiwi, banana (squeeze with a little lemon if preparing ahead of time)
- Simply thread on a skewer to serve.
- For young children serve in a bowl or plate.
- You can make a simple drizzle or dip by mixing 0% fat yoghurt with some fresh mint leaves or 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon.
