for 4 lollies:
- 150g strawberries – chopped into pieces
- 300g 0% fat yoghurt
- 50g of caster sugar or 3 tbspn honey.
- Fresh mint (optional)
- Blend all the ingredients in a blender, NutriBullet or food processor until smooth (about 20 secs).
- Pour into lolly moulds and put into the freezer until solid.
- To serve, hold under hot running water to release the lollies from the moulds.
- You can use other fruits like raspberries, blueberries, and mango.
