Chocolate pancakes

Ingredients

for 1 portion:

  • 30 g oats
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon of linseeds or chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon of raw cacao powder 
  • Vanilla

Method

  1. Whisk all of the ingredients together.
  2. Using a ladle, pour small amounts of the mixture into a frying pan. 
  3. Serve with your topping of choice.
