Chia seeds with milk and red berries


for 1 portion:

  • 2 tablespoons of chia seeds
  • Half a cup of skimmed milk or milk alternative with no added sugar
  • Cinnamon to taste
  • Red berries


  1. Mix the chia seeds with the milk in a jar and leave overnight.
  2. Serve and add red berries and cinnamon to taste.
