Caramel bananas

Ingredients
- 2 bananas
- 100 g of sugar
- 100 g of orange juice
- 2 g of cinnamon
Method
- Pour the sugar and orange juice into a preheated frying pan. Dissolve the sugar completely, mix well while it heats and cook for 5 minutes.
- Slice the peeled bananas in half and place them in the frying pan.
- Place the banana on a plate and garnish with cinnamon and mint.
