Caramel bananas


  • 2 bananas
  • 100 g of sugar
  • 100 g of orange juice
  • 2 g of cinnamon


  1. Pour the sugar and orange juice into a preheated frying pan. Dissolve the sugar completely, mix well while it heats and cook for 5 minutes.
  2. Slice the peeled bananas in half and place them in the frying pan.
  3. Place the banana on a plate and garnish with cinnamon and mint.
