Breaded chicken with healthy chips

Ingredients
for 1 person:
- 2 chicken breast fillets
- 2 tablespoons of breadcrumbs
- ½ an egg
- 1 medium potato
Method
- Coat the chicken in the egg and then dip them in the breadcrumbs.
- In a non-stick frying pan, fry the breaded chicken as though using a griddle. To ensure the chicken cooks through, cover the frying pan.
- To prepare the chips: Peel the potato, slice thinly and grill until golden. Tip: you can also cook them in the oven. Serve the breaded chicken with some vegetables.
