Berry Ice Cream

Ingredients
for 2 servings:
- 125g frozen mixed berries
- 125g 0% fat yoghurt
- 1/2 tbspn honey
Method
- Blend all the ingredients in a blender, NutriBullet or food processor until smooth (about 20 secs).
- Add water if necessary.
- Leftovers can be frozen in lolly moulds.
