Berry Ice Cream

Ingredients

for 2 servings:

  • 125g frozen mixed berries
  • 125g 0% fat yoghurt
  • 1/2 tbspn honey

Method

  1. Blend all the ingredients in a blender, NutriBullet or food processor until smooth (about 20 secs).
  2. Add water if necessary.
  3. Leftovers can be frozen in lolly moulds.
