- Skimmed milk or milk alternative (1 cup)
- 1 spring onion
- 1 teaspoon of flour
- 1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil
- A pinch of salt
- Dice the onion.
- In a small saucepan, heat the olive oil and fry the onion until it turns translucent.
- When the onion is ready, add the flour and milk.
- Stir the ingredients well and add a touch of nutmeg and a pinch of salt.
