for 4 servings:

  • Skimmed milk or milk alternative (1 cup)
  • 1 spring onion
  • 1 teaspoon of flour
  • 1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil
  • Nutmeg
  • A pinch of salt


  1. Dice the onion.
  2. In a small saucepan, heat the olive oil and fry the onion until it turns translucent.
  3. When the onion is ready, add the flour and milk.
  4. Stir the ingredients well and add a touch of nutmeg and a pinch of salt.
