- 2 ripe bananas
- 2 eggs
- 3 tablespoons of oat flour
- 50 g raisins
- 1 teaspoon of agave syrup
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- Blend the bananas, eggs and flour.
- Once a thick mixture has formed, add the raisins.
- Pour the mixture into a rectangular tin (1-litre tin).
- Bake for 20 minutes until set.
- Leave to cool at room temperature and serve.
